Our very own retina specialist, Scott Peterson, DO, co-authored an article on cataract surgery and management strategy in patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes. As a fellowship trained and board certified ophthalmologist, Dr. Peterson specializes in the medical management of retinal disease including age-related macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, and other retinal disorders.
