Dr. Johnson is an accomplished refractive surgeon offering LASIK, PRK and the latest in refractive lens options for his cataract patients.  He uses the latest generation excimer laser with the most advanced eye-tracking system available. He is certified to use the new wavefront technology for custom LASIK. He is able to correct farsightedness, nearsightedness, astigmatism, and presbyopia with LASIK.  Dr. Johnson can offer you a customized LASIK surgery specifically for your eyes with the highest degree of accuracy and safety.  He is one of the most experienced surgeons in refractive IOL technology including multifocal, accommodative and astigmatism.  He provides oculoplastuc care including Juvederm and Botox.  He has a complete understanding of the human body and how it relates to the eyes helping him with caring for patients with medical ophthalmology problems.

 Dr. Johnson completed his undergraduate degree in Chemistry at the University of Minnesota.  He then moved to Duluth to start his medical training.  The last two years of his medical school were completed at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.  He completed a year of internship at Hennepin County Medical Center.  He was a standout at his residency at the University of Minnesota. 

Personal

Dr. Johnson lives in East Bethel with his wife and two daughters.  He enjoys fishing, skiing and camping.  He is an award winning gardener.  Ask him about his giant pumpkins.
